Do you meet any issue after replacing screen on iPhone X/XR/XS/XS Max with iOS 13.1.2?

In one word, please don't upgrade into iOS 13.1.2 now. Otherwise even replacing an Original new iPhone screen, these issues may also happen.
It's all about the iOS 13.1.2 bugs, nothing to do with screen quality. If did already, wait the new iOS, then upgrade into it.
