The Netherlands has recalled 600,000 coronavirus face masks it imported from China after discovering they were faulty
Some factories produced bad quality, returned by customers, so Chinese Custom issued strict quality control, also changes requiments 2-3 times per week. So it takes time for China suppliers to produce high quality and make changes accordingly, then shipping delay. Also masks order, big volume, limited flight because of the Virus effect.
Anyhow, we should make changes as Custom required to make sure good quality.Quality is more important then delivery time.
Now the latest requirements:
For civil mask:
1. "NON MEDICAL" should be printed on the package.
2. No CE mark printed on the package and product.
3. Certifcate of quality should be same as the standard one, including Non medical, material percentage, stamp of factory true name.
4. Joint declaration signed by the exporter and importer.
