Automated Technology Seminar Opens up New HR Management Opportunities
|
Some companies unintentionally broke the law recently as they miscalculated the wages for over a decade and had to repay the difference. In the catering industry, the high turnover rate has made it difficult to determine the salaries and holidays accurately, or to schedule compensatory leave in accordance with the law. Therefore, implementing automated human resources management with the help of latest technologies is a top priority for businesses nowadays.
As such, Fuji Xerox (Hong Kong) is pleased to organize the Seminar on Human Resources Management and invite Mr. Robert Chan, Executive Director of The Lifestyle Group expert from the retail and catering sectors to share their challenges and discuss the following issues. Ms. Polly Lee, Section Head of Solution Consulting of Fuji Xerox (Hong Kong), will also share some relevant cases and recommend the suitable solutions:
- How can a HR management system prevent businesses from breaking the law?
- How can the catering industry with a high turnover rate determine the wages and compensation payments accurately?
- The challenge of compiling rosters, arranging compensation leave and planning rosters during public holidays.
- How can businesses address the stress faced by frontline staff and boost the team morale?
- The high turnover rate makes it difficult to hire the right people. How can businesses identify and retain talents?
We believe that a HR management system that can enhance efficiency and accuracy will help minimize manual errors and the risk of breaking the law. Register for the seminar now to get professional advice on automated HR management and exchange ideas with other industries! Free admission with limited seats available.

“Creating a Magical Moment for Children in Need”
|
Fuji Xerox (Hong Kong) has been actively engaging in community caring programs, demonstrating our “Good Company Concept”. In December 2017, we supported the Christmas volunteering event “Creating a Magical Moment for Children 2017” organized by Worldwide Executive Centre (WEC) to share hope and love with children in Hong Kong. Santa Claus was invited to fly all the way from Rovaniemi in Finland to surprise children in need with an amazing seasonal experience. Apart from sponsoring the Christmas gifts, we also mobilized a team of volunteers to help pack the gifts, hoping to share the joy, hope and love of Christmas to the children. Enjoying every moment in gift packing, we wished every child a magical, wonderful, and joyful Christmas, and hoped that more people would extend their care and help to the underprivileged.
