In order to supply the most suitable ceramic sand, we hope to clear the details for your application;
 

1. Please kindly let us know, which kind of fineness you will need. For example, AFS50-60, AFS70-80 and so on. As different sieve of sand with different kinds of application, maybe mould casting, precision casting, wax casting and so on.
 

2. Also, we would like to know your required sand level. We do have Level70, Level75, Level78 which with different Alumina component. The higher alumina component the higher refractoriness will be. 
 

3. We specialized in casting field for many years also the application experience, if you could let me know how you would used the sand. Our engineers team will provide you professional service or suggestion like how much resin you need add to, or whether need to coating to help avoid the veining problems.
 

In the past years, we are trying to push ahead some test in some big casting factories, for example Bradken, Maynard Steel, Columbus, Sawbruck and so on. Even we get very good feedback from customers, but it seems slow and long process to follow in such far distance from China to US. Also, if you would like to do us together, we will be glad to take you good reference and support.
