Profit Alert Announcement for 2024 Interim Results

Based on a preliminary review of the unaudited management accounts of the Group for the six months ended 30 June 2024 , TK Group is expected to record an increase of not less than 40% in profit attributable to owners of the Company. Such increase was primarily attributable to an increase in the revenue of the Group, as a result of (i) a rebound in the Group’s overseas businesses; (ii) a steady growth of the Group’s domestic businesses; and (iii) the improvement in the Group’s operational efficiency.
