THP-1 suspension cells are challenging due to their low transduction efficiency and sensitivity to conditions. To achieve precise BCL2A1 gene silencing, we optimized a high-titer lentiviral vector system for successful gene delivery, stable knockdown, and reliable cell line development.

  • Precision-Verified Constructs – Synthesized and validated BCL2A1-shRNA with 100% accuracy. 
  • High-Titer Lentivirus Production – Efficient 293T transfection and optimized purification for maximum viral yield. 
  • Stable Cell Line Establishment – Puromycin selection for consistent and long-term gene knockdown.


We established a stable THP1 cell line targeting BCL2A1 knockdown and determined the optimal selection concentration of puromycin to eliminate untransfected cells.
