Invitation to exhibit at the SaigonTex 2019, the Vietnam Saigon Textile & Garment Industry Expo, which has been the largest textile and garment industry exhibition in Vietnam since the1990s.
Vietnam, an alternative to the US–China trade war – The United States recently announced the increase of import tariffs on Chinese product, which may cover the garment. Many producers are already expanding their textile and garment production to Vietnam.
Vietnam’s textile & garment industry is booming - Vietnam’s textile & garment export will reach USD 34.5 billion in 2018 (10% increase from 2017). With new FTAs going into effect such as the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) and Vietnam-EU FTA, Vietnam needs to import more machines and parts to cope with the demand for an increasing number of orders.
The last SaigonTex (concurrent with the SaigonFabic 2018) attracted over 885 exhibitors from 27 countries / regions. Other than the two main exhibition halls, the expos also dominated an additional two lobbies and seven temporary halls. Some old exhibitors already decided to expand their booth size in the coming SaigonTex 2019.
